Our Shipping Policies
The Beauty Clutch offers free shipping via standard mailing (3-7 business days shipping time) for any order of $55.00 or more shipped to the contiguous United States.
The free shipping promotion excludes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, AS and MP.

As of January 2019, postal rates changed for First Class Mail. All First Class package costs are according to destination.

Add your item/s to the floating cart. After you're finished adding item/s to cart, click on the "Shipping Calculator" bar that's at the lower part of the cart, then add state, zip code and desired method of delivery, and you will see the cost of shipping for your package.
Please note: Any order that has more than 5 items and weighs over 15.999 oz. cannot ship out via First Class, therefore it's automatically calculated and shipped out via Priority Mail or Parcel Post (Ground).
Orders with more than 5 items that weight over 15.999 oz. USPS Priority Mail = According to destination zip code. Shipping charges can be calculated in the shopping cart.
Order totals $55.00 and up = Free Shipping
Free shipping is shipped out via standard means and best way according to location and weight of package/s at our discretion.
If your order is more than $55.00 but you need expedited shipping, please send an email and we will give you a quote on the cost for expedited shipping for your destination.
For purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, AS and MP, Street addresses and PO Boxes Priority Mail (3-7 business days) - Automatically calculated according to destination. Fill in your zip code in the shopping cart to find out exact shipping charge.
Please allow extra shipping time when placing orders right before the weekends and holidays. We do not ship packages on Saturdays and Sundays. The next business day for orders placed on a Friday would be Monday or Tuesday.
We ship to physical addresses and PO Boxes within the Continental United States and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, AS and MP. Shipping outside the USA is not available.
We cannot ship nail polish to APO addresses. Orders that contain nail polish for APO addresses will be cancelled unless you can provide us with a street address.
If an item is classified as flammable it has to ship ground regardless of choice of shipping method.
Our Returns Policy
Returns are accepted on unopened/unused products with an RMA number only as long as we are contacted within fourteen (14) days of customer receiving product. To return merchandise back to us, please email or call us, and we will provide you with an RMA number.
Returned items must meet the following criteria: Items must be in original unopened packaging and with the original labels on products.
Please note: If products returned to us have been used, or cosmetic manufacturing labels (example: nail polish labels that are on the underside of the bottles) are removed or defaced, a 50% re-stocking fee will apply.
To return an item: Please send an email to email@example.com to request an RMA number.
If any products are returned to us without an RMA number, package will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be given.
